Why is the training reserved for women?
Women & Managers starts with a simple observation: only 14% of management positions in France are held by women. While women possess all the necessary skills, they sometimes lack the courage to pursue them. Often without realizing it, and guided by their beliefs, they hold themselves back. Women & Managers' mission is to address these beliefs and empower women to assert themselves. Being among women allows them to share their experiences, challenges, and successes. It 's a space for open dialogue where everyone can speak freely, and where sharing becomes a source of inspiration and motivation.
Why is the training both remote and in-person?
Developing leadership skills is a transformation that takes time—time for observation, questioning, and implementing profound, yet gentle, changes. The Leader•e format provides this time, requiring only a few minutes of participation each day. We also believe that a 100% digital format wouldn't be entirely effective and that face-to-face meetings, discussions, and collaborative work are essential; this is the purpose of the two key in-person sessions.
At what point in my career is it most appropriate to take the training?
The earlier the better, in order to quickly develop the right reflexes that allow you to advance in your career with confidence. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of initial work experience is recommended, as the training relies heavily on concrete examples that each participant has likely encountered.
